Day 1: Cape Town
Victoria & Alfred Hotel
- Collected from Cape Town International Airport – please look out for a board on which your names will be displayed
- Transferred to your hotel situated on the waterfront
- The afternoon is at leisure to catch up on rest and explore the V&A Waterfront – home to plenty of shops, restaurants, the Two Ocean’s Aquarium, and stunning views of Table Mountain
- Overnight: Victoria & Alfred Hotel BB
The Victoria & Alfred Hotel is located in the very heart of the V&A Waterfront and is a sophisticated retreat amid the buzz. It offers some of the best views of Cape Town Harbour, Table Mountain and the slick city that stretches out at the foot of this Natural Wonder.
Day 2: Cape Town
Victoria & Alfred Hotel
- Collected at 7am from your hotel
- Today we undertake the journey around the Cape Peninsula to Cape Point Nature Reserve
- Travel along the Atlantic Seaboard to the popular coastal town of Hout Bay for a short boat trip to Seal Island
- Continue our trip along the scenic Chapman's Peak Drive
- Arrive at Cape Point Nature Reserve (watch out for the baboons!)
- Catch the funicular to the top for awesome views of the Peninsula
- Visit the Cape of Good Hope– the most southwestern point of the African continent
- Our final stop is Boulder’s Beach to meet the endangered African Penguins
- Return to your hotel in the late afternoon – what a day!

Day 3: Cape Town

- After breakfast we will take a cable car ride to the top of Table Mountain (weather permitting) – the views from the top are incredible and will give you a brilliant birds-eye-view of the city
- Descend the mountain in the cable car and continue on an interesting tour of Cape Town city, visiting places such as the Bo-Kaap, Green Market Square and Houses of Parliament
- This afternoon is at leisure to partake in optional activities such as: Robben Island Boat Trip; Paragliding; Hiking Lion’s Head; Visit Groot Constantia; Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens; Helicopter flip over the city; swimming at Camp’s Bay Beach
- Overnight: Victoria & Alfred Hotel BB

Day 4: Cape Winelands
Franschhoek Boutique Hotel
- Today we depart for the Cape Winelands – for those not interested in wine tasting this is still worth your while as it is a very beautiful part of South Africa and highlights the country’s rich cultural diversity
- We start our day with a visit to Stellenbosch which forms part of the Cape Winelands Route – take a walk through the town, shop, or enjoy coffee at one of the cafes
- Visit Jordan Wine Estate for a wine tasting experience (wine tasting in an optional extra) or simply enjoy the views
- Our second wine estate is Boschendal, home to a delightful farm stall; gorgeous gardens; wine tasting venue; and horse riding tours (activities for own account)
- Continue to Franschhoek - a picturesque village nestled between towering mountains and also known as the ‘Food and Wine Capital of South Africa’
- This evening is at leisure to stroll through the village and take your pick from an assortment of excellent restaurants and cafes

Day 5: Kruger National Park
Imbali Safari Lodge
- Morning transfer to Cape Town International Airport
- Flight ex Cape Town International Airport to Skukuza Airport (inside the Kruger National Park)
- On arrival, please look out for a board on which your names will be displayed
- Transfer through the park to Imbali Safari Lodge (the drive is approximately 1.5 hours)
- Check in
- Game drive & sundowners
- Return to the lodge for dinner
- Overnight: Imbali Safari Lodge Full Board
Your stay in the Kruger is within a private concession that is home to the beautiful Imbali Lodge. Your suite has a private plunge pool for those hot summer days and spa treatments are available in between your game drives, which take place in open 4x4 Land Cruisers.
Day 6: Kruger National Park
Imbali Safari Lodge
- Early morning safari game drive – one of the best times of the day to go in search of animals
- Return to the lodge for a buffet breakfast under the trees on the outside deck
- The rest of the day is at leisure to relax by the pool or enjoy spa treatments (own account)
- High Tea is offered before your next safari game drive, made up of a selection of cakes and freshly baked pastries
- Afternoon safari game drive – hopefully luck is on your side, and you will spot some of Africa’s wildcats in action!
- Dinner
- Overnight: Imbali Safari Lodge Full Board

Day 7: Kruger National Park

- This afternoon head out again on an exciting game drive in search of nocturnal animals
- Return to the lodge early evening for dinner

- Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi River

- Return to the lodge for lunch
- The afternoon is at leisure to enjoy a range of additional activities such as a helicopter flip or microlight flight over the falls; gorge swing; white water rafting; or spa treatments
- Alternatively, you can relax at the hotel and enjoy the view over the Zambezi river
