Day 1: Entebbe
The Boma Hotel
- Collected from Entebbe International Airport – please look out for a board on which your name will be displayed.
- Transfer to your hotel.
- Embark on a sundowner cruise on Lake Victoria, accompanied by a cheese platter and your choice of wine.
- View the sun over the horizon and watch the fishermen cast their nets.
- Transfer back to your hotel for overnight.
- Overnight: The Boma Hotel.

Day 2: Kibale Forest
Chimpanzee Forest Lodge
- Begin the safari route to Kibale Forest, home of the great apes!
- Drive through lush green countryside with scenic views.
- On arrival at Kibale Forest, immerse yourself in a new world teeming with wildlife.
- Overnight: Chimpanzee Forest Lodge.
Chimpanzee Forest Lodge sits on 100 acres of manicured lawns, beautiful gardens, tea plantations, pasture, and indigenous forest. Enjoy beautiful panoramic vistas of Kibale National Park, ancient crater lakes, and the Rwenzori Mountains.
Day 3: Bigodi Swamp Walk/Chimp Trekking
Chimpanzee Forest Lodge
- Morning swamp walk (1-2 hours) through beautiful grassland and scenic areas.
- Spot various primates and birds, including the Great Blue Turaco.
- Afternoon Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest.
- Relax or swim at the lodge post-excursion.
- Overnight: Chimpanzee Forest Lodge.

- Game drive with chances to see elephants, leopards, gazelles, lions, buffaloes, and more.
- Overnight: Twin Lakes Safari Lodge.

Located just outside the Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoy breathtaking views of the park, Lakes Edward and George, the Rwenzori Mountain ranges, and stunning sunsets.
Day 5: Kazinga Channel
Twin Lakes Safari Lodge
- Sunrise safari game drive.
- After lunch, take a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel.
- View hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and colorful bird species.
- Overnight: Twin Lakes Safari Lodge.

Haven Buhoma Lodge offers breathtaking views of the rainforest from its terraces. Conveniently located near the starting point of your gorilla tracking adventure, the lodge features beautifully designed twin/double cottages and a family cottage, blending elegance with local materials.
Day 7: Gorilla Trekking

- Morning: Embark on an unforgettable Gorilla Trekking experience in Bwindi Forest.
- Tracking may take a few hours, but the experience of encountering a gorilla family is worth the effort.
- Overnight: Haven Buhoma Lodge.
